If you wish to access or request deletion of your personal information, you can do so by editing your information in the Boxbe Dashboard. We are unable to delete all your information without also deleting your account. Should you wish to delete your account, you can do so through your Boxbe Dashboard.

As part of our international operations, we may transfer information about you to a jurisdiction where we do business. Protecting the privacy of young children is a priority. Boxbe does not solicit or knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allows them to register. If you are under 13, please do not send any information about yourself to us. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. When you send email, Boxbe does not change, alter the content or delete information from your email messages in any way. As with other email services, we may annotate the routing information to ensure proper delivery. In some situations, Boxbe adds information to the top of emails you receive. This added information alerts you so you can decide and indicate to Boxbe how you want similar messages to be handled in the future, and whether to add the sender to your priority guest list.
We may provide links to other sites for your convenience and information. These sites may be operated by organizations not affiliated with Boxbe, so we cannot control and are not responsible for their content, operation, or privacy practices. Those organizations may have their own privacy policies, which we strongly suggest you review if you use other sites. This Notice does not apply to those sites, even if we link to them or they link to us.
This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically to you to reflect changes in our information practices or relevant laws. The updated Privacy Policy will go into effect 30 days after being posted. Your continued use of Boxbe after such time will be deemed your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy. Boxbe and you are both subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy as part of the Terms of Service.
